Terms and Conditions of Booking

By making a reservation at our property, guests agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservation Confirmation

The reservation is considered complete once the initial 50% payment has been made.

2. Cancellation Policy

We offer a Super Strict 30 Days cancellation policy that allows for a 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.

4. Number of Guests

Our property accommodates a maximum of 12 guests.

5. Guest Requirements

All guests must meet standard requirements, including a confirmed phone number, email address, payment information, agreement to house rules, submission of a copy of their passport, and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

6. Pet Policy

Pets are allowed with prior authorization and may be subject to an additional charge.

7. Events and Productions

Events, weddings, and productions may be allowed with prior authorization and will incur an extra fee to be determined based on the type of request.

8. Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

9. Security

The property is located in a gated community with 24-hour security. The house is equipped with smart locks, an alarm system, and security cameras.

10. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

11. Acceptance of Policies

By making a reservation, guests agree to all house policies and rules detailed in our FAQ section and these terms and conditions.
